Removing or restoration of decayed teeth is important because it might cause damage to healthy teeth if left unattended. It should either be removed or treated with proper care to ensure that the condition no longer exists.
Dentures are a real boon for senior citizens. It is normal for many of them to use a complete denture, mostly removable. It is a common sight in households with elderly where children are amused how their grandparents take out the whole teeth for brushing. Dentures need care and replacement at regular intervals. Our geriatric dentistry department is well equipped in analysing and any help with dentures and related issues.
Dental implants are also a popular means of facial rehabilitation. For senior citizens, we make sure that the whole process is painless, calm and relaxing.
There is a risk of frequent gum related issues if proper oral hygiene is not maintained. It would be wise not to always rely on domestic remedies. There are cases where expert care and help can ease the pain and difficulties that others are subjected to.
